Pinot Noir Duo
2016 Pinot Noir, Sta. Rita Hills
The Sta. Rita Hills is a small nested AVA within Santa Barbara County, home to some of California’s best-loved Pinot Noirs. The fruit-focused core, depth, and complexity are attributed to this unique microclimate, with a hint of minerality from the chalky soils. Dark garnet in color with effusive aromas of juicy blackberries, Bing cherries, ripe summer strawberries, and a subtle layer of toasted vanilla balanced with classic Pinot Noir earthiness.
