Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org arrange for the return of a flawed product.
Once the return is received, we will refund the credit card on file for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 707.945.0388 x 2 for return instructions.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club membership cancellations must be submitted by email to email@example.com at least two weeks prior to the club month. Requests received after this time frame cannot be completed and the order will be shipped as scheduled
