Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of a flawed product.
Once the return is received, we will refund the credit card on file for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 707.945.0388 x 2 for return instructions.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club membership may be cancelled with a 15 day writen notice. For memberships not cancelled within 15 days of the charge date of the current club shipment, that shipment will be charged and shipped as the last shipment. Call 707.945.0388 x 2 for all membership related questions.
