Cornerstone Oregon
Grown, Produced and Bottled in OregonCornerstone Oregon is a collaboration between Cornerstone Napa’s
Craig Camp and renowned Oregon winemaker
Tony Rynders. Camp’s passion for pinot was born thirty years ago when he began importing the Burgundy selections of Rebecca Wasserman and made frequent trips to the Burgundy estates she was discovering. Tony Rynders, as winemaker for ten years at Oregon’s Domaine Serene winery, is one one of the most respected winemakers not only in the Northwest, but in the United States. His string of highly rated Oregon Pinot Noir is unmatched.
Cornerstone Oregon Pinot Noir and ChardonnayCornerstone Oregon is a synthesis of each of their perspectives. Camp is always pushing for edgy structure and acidity with Rynders leaning towards richness and depth. The symbiosis of these viewpoints creates unique wines that are defined by a perfect balance between structure and power, which exhibits one characteristic that is essential to both of them: terroir. The goal is always to make exceptional wines that show their Oregon roots.

• 2009 Cornerstone Oregon Willamette Valley Pinot Noir “Flavors of dark berry and hazelnut are offered up with a vibrant acidity that is balanced by well-integrated tannins. • 90 Points Cornerstone Oregon is a collaboration with Craig Camp and Oregon winemaker Tony Rynders of Domaine Serene. They will be sharing a winery with Rynders just outside of Gaston. 2008 Cornerstone Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir : (13.9%). A perfumed and impressively complex nose features notes of ripe black cherry, raspberry, cassis and briar. There is a lush, even suave mouth feel to the rich and round medium-bodied flavors that possess an abundance of dry extract on the dusty and balanced finish. This is a ripe ’08 but by no means over the top. 90/2013+ Burghound
